David Lewis, DC, BS, QME

Dr. Lewis comes from Huntington, NY. His interest in the field of sports medicine began at the age of 13. Additionally, he has achieved a third-degree blue belt in Muay Thai and a fourth- degree blue belt in Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

His very active career history began as a professional trainer when he obtained an “Advanced Level Certification” from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 1995. Three years later, he attended and graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College of Los Angeles with a DC degree in 1998. In a quest for additional knowledge Dr. Lewis received a second Bachelor’s degree in Comprehensive Medical Imaging in 2008 from UNLV, and in 2009 received a double registry in Abdomen and OB/Gyn from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS). Dr. Lewis has performed thyroid, vascular, and abdominal exams in local hospitals such as St. Rose Delima, St. Rose Sienna, the Diagnostic Center of Medicine, and MedSmart. Dr. Lewis has been a licensed chiropractor in active practice for 24 years in the state of Nevada and has spent 37 years in health-related fields. Over the course of his tenure in practice he has treated patients from every age range including pregnancy. Although being busy, Dr. Lewis is proud to have his 15-year old son and enjoys hiking and weight training on his off time.

Teri Lange, NP-C

Therese "Teri" Lange is a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in healthcare. Born in the Philippines and raised in Rockland County, New York, Teri was born into a family of professionals in the business and finance fields. However, her passion for health and wellness guided her into a different path.

Teri's journey into the healthcare field began in 1998 when she graduated from The Swedish Institute with a Massage Therapy Certification. As a licensed massage therapist, Teri specialized in medical and orthopedic massage, honing her skills in various settings, including sports facilities like New York Sports Club and Equinox Fitness Club, as well as chiropractic clinics. Teri's career in massage therapy spanned an impressive 24 years, from 1998 to 2022.

In 2011, driven by a thirst for knowledge and a desire to provide comprehensive care, Teri embarked on her nursing education. She graduated with honors in 2014, making the Dean’s List. As a Registered Nurse, Teri gained valuable experiences in long-term care, hospice, and mental health nursing.

Teri's commitment to lifelong learning led her to further her education and she obtained a Master’s Degree in Nursing in 2020. As an Adult Health Nurse Practitioner, she has worked with patients suffering from digestive-related disorders and is now working closely with Dr. Lewis to design an optimal treatment plan to expedite the patient's recovery.

In her free time, Teri continues to pursue educational opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills, always aiming to provide the best possible care to her patients. Apart from her professional interests, Teri is an avid reader of fiction, enjoys spending time with her husband on date nights, and cherishes quality time with her family. With her extensive experience and dedication to patient care, Teri Lange is a valuable asset to the MedSpine team.
